Founded in Rome in 1997, “Le Immagini della Musica” is an artistic proposal of original instrumental music with a descriptive and evocative character. Massimo Alviti and Alessandro Papotto have developed a repertoire that blends classical, jazz, and world music, appearing at international events such as “Cajas de Música de Santander” and the “Acoustic Guitar International Meeting.”
Their new EP “Resonare Fibris” (2025) adds four new songs to an already extensive repertoire. The two musicians have collaborated individually with Soft Machine, Avion Travel, Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, and many others.
For this evening, Alviti & Papotto share the stage with three exceptional guests: Pino Pecorelli (Orchestra di Piazza Vittorio, Avion Travel, BabelNova Orchestra), Edoardo Petretti (Paolo Fresu, Francesco De Gregori), and Francesco De Rubeis (Aires Tango, Paolo Fresu).
